The Pirate Bay is largely unavailable today after legal action against the
site's internet service provider (ISP).
A group of Hollywood studios instigated legal action last week against German
ISP CB3ROB Ltd, according to the TorrentFreak blog. The action appears to have
been successful since the site is apparently unavailable in some locations.
According to the blog, the Regional Court of Hamburg issued an injunction
against the the ISP after a complaint by Columbia Pictures, Disney, Paramount,
20th Century Fox, Universal and Warner Bros.
